Every good performance rests on a team effort. As managing partner of expercellence*, I carry out consulting activities in close collaboration with key employees of my customers. These value that I focus on my core competencies if needed additional specialists from my network are consulted.
According to the circumstances those might be business lawyers, tax experts, IT-professionals, real estate consultants, team developers or financial market players. With a solution-oriented approach, I support my customers unprejudiced in the choice of their team members.

EXPERIENCE

  • Project manager, amongst other things in a medium-sized printing industry: Fiscal functions and turnaround.

  • From 1997 (Management Buy Out) to 2011: Equity partner and chief executive officer of ICME International AG.

  • Internationalization of the ICME-business in Europe and the Middle East; threefold increase in turnover and multiplication of EBIT.

  • International consulting projects mainly in industry, industrial services and consulting businesses.

  • Great experience in diversification projects in SMEs and global enterprises - always implementation-oriented.
